Friendly and accommodating staff.
I was really disappointed with my stay here. The maid forgot to replenish basic necessities like washcloths and soap, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly on the second day, and I had to wait until I complained for proper service. Overall, I expected better hygiene and attention to detail during my visit.

The room was quite spacious, but the
bathroom had significant plumbing issues, making it hard to enjoy the stay. The beds were comfortable, and the staff was generally helpful, but I did expect better cleanliness overall.

Great staff and comfy beds, but the wi-fi was really slow.

missingWrote a review on Aug 31great locationawesome amenitiesuninformative check-in
We enjoyed visiting St Joseph's Health Amphitheater at Lakeview. The location was perfect, and the amenities were neat.
We faced some discomfort as we weren't informed about the exterior painting upon check-in, which blocked our view and made the room feel a bit closed-in.

Dude, the nearby eats were a blast! LongHorn Steakhouse and Red Lobster made dinner a fab experience. Plus, the pool was an amazing spot for the kids to splash around!
We had to wait to check in because the front desk gal wasn’t on shift yet, and the bathroom looked a bit tired. Breakfast? More like a grease fest with dodgy coffee. Not a deal breaker, though!

stayed at comfort inn for 4 nights in a standard king room. the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the friendly atmosphere, which felt like it was family run. the indoor heated pool was a nice bonus, and there's plenty of parking with good lighting.
i do think fresh towels and bed making daily would enhance the experience.

Family-friendly place with some quirks
The young lady at the front desk was super helpful when I lost my key card, she re-keyed it without any hassle! and the staff even brought breakfast plates to our table out of appreciation for my service in the past.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

Unexpectedly Cozy Corner
The room was surprisingly spacious, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we felt at home. Breakfast options catered perfectly to our family's needs.
However, the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly slow, making it difficult to plan our day. Additionally, the smoothie station was out of service during our stay.

missingWrote a review on Jul 24lack of cleanliness
The breakfast choices left a lot to be desired, closing early at 9 AM with minimal variety, which made it tough for morning sleepers like us. Housekeeping fell short too, as our room wasn't cleaned properly each day, with basic necessities like wash cloths or fresh towels missing at times. Additionally, the absence of a safe in the room felt like a security oversight, given the height of the bed requiring a step stool to get on comfortably—definitely not ideal for a couple who doesn't measure above 5'8".
