I was really disappointed with my stay here. The maid forgot to replenish basic necessities like washcloths and soap, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the room was not cleaned properly on the second day, and I had to wait until I complained for proper service. Overall, I expected better hygiene and attention to detail during my visit.

stayed at comfort inn for 4 nights in a standard king room. the room was spacious and clean. i appreciated the friendly atmosphere, which felt like it was family run. the indoor heated pool was a nice bonus, and there's plenty of parking with good lighting.

i do think fresh towels and bed making daily would enhance the experience.

The young lady at the front desk was super helpful when I lost my key card, she re-keyed it without any hassle! and the staff even brought breakfast plates to our table out of appreciation for my service in the past.

Additionally, the absence of a safe in the room felt like a security oversight, given the height of the bed requiring a step stool to get on comfortably—definitely not ideal for a couple who doesn't measure above 5'8".
